Site Rental
The Bar 717 Ranch is available to rent for school groups, family reunions, weddings, retreats, conferences, or other gatherings. The Ranch is an American Camp Association (ACA) accredited site for user group rentals. Ranch facilities can accommodate groups up to 200 people from May to October, with indoor accommodations available for up to 30 people. Camping is also available with a choice of sites from grassy pastures to sandy riverfront beaches. During Camp Trinity sessions, the main camp facility is not available for rentals.
Activities for groups include: horseback riding, hiking, swimming, or high and low events on the ropes course. We have hundreds of acres, miles of trails, and countless beautiful swimming holes to explore and enjoy. The Ranch is a one-hour drive from great whitewater rafting runs, and many hiking trails into the Trinity Alps Wilderness. We can prepare the meals, or we can make cooking facilities available for your use.
Spring and fall are beautiful here in the Coast Range of northern California. Our Mediterranean climate brings typically mild weather, with extremes in heat and cold not the norm. Rain is not unusual, but will be much less likely the closer the date is to summer.
