Sustainable Living Workshop
3 day workshop on sustainable living skills
May 26th -May 28th, 2012
All ages welcome--Great for families!
Highlighting Organic Gardening, Homesteading and Permaculture
Sustainability is the key to our future and the future of the planet.
In this three day workshop we will reveal proven techniques for making the most of the space you have, so you can enjoy fresh, natural, healthy home-grown food wherever you are. The methods you learn will work anywhere, whether you are growing in containers on your back porch or apartment balcony, or you have a suburban backyard or a homestead farm.
We will combine teaching and lectures with hands on learning. Our intent is to give you a well-rounded understanding of sustainability, along with some practical hands-on skills to grow your own organic garden. We'll also discuss methods to preserve your abundant harvest.
Sustainable Living Weekend
Plant, grow, preserve
Our goal is to give you the knowledge and the skills to plant the seeds of sustainability in your own lives.
Paula the Camp Gardener and her husband David (She'om) will be your instructors. They have been homesteading and growing most of the food for their family for the last 30 years. They present the joys and frustrations of a sustainable life style in a fun and easy to understand way. They will save you lots of work and trouble by letting you in on some of the mistakes they have made and would never make again. We look forward to sharing a fun and educational weekend with you at the beautful Bar 717 Ranch in Northern California. Sign Up Now!
